AGAIN, YOU NEED DIVINE WISDOM
“Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.â€
Proverbs 4:7
Main Text:
Wisdom, I can say is the best weapon of defense and this is also established in Ecc.7:12. Wisdom is superior to many other virtues that we crave on earth because, wisdom is the ingredient we need to manage our virtues and resources in life. It’s not enough to just seek to know without readiness to apply all you acquired in learning. It is the correct application of knowledge. Get knowledge and use it correctly to the glory of God and humanity. If you get wisdom in this devotional tool, The Menu and you fail to apply it then it’s of no means in your life. Divine wisdom is a direct spiritual guide for the believer but it’s hard to get it if you are far from the perfect law of liberty, the prevailing Word of God.
“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge...” Hosea 4:6.
It is wisdom to hear the truth about God and to act promptly as instructed. Foolishness is easily noticed especially when the word of God makes no meaning to you or when you see the right counsel as obstruction to your freedom and self-will. You cannot go far outside the knowledge and the wisdom of God. It is one thing to get knowledge another thing is to apply it correctly. If you seek knowledge from evil and corrupt teachers you can’t but live and act wildly in the wrong direction. “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God...” James 1:5. You need divine wisdom to do the will of God and to succeed here on earth.
If your success and blessings will extend to others and your salvation be a channel of deliverance to the ungodly, you must learn from the Word of God. Don’t just sit without action, start acting positively on all the teachings you have received in the Bible and you shall get the wisdom required to live right everyday of your life
Prayer: I will not fall nor fail my Lord Jesus Christ
