THE BLESSING OF WORKING FOR GOD

“And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.”
Ex 23:25
Main Text: MAIN TEXT: 1 Corinthians 15:58

We often hear the phrase "healing is the children's bread," a truth highlighted in the story of the Syrophoenician woman (Mark 7:24-29). When we serve the Lord, He blesses our bread and water, which signifies that through our service, He removes sickness and disease from our lives and blesses the works of our hands. Serving God brings not only spiritual rewards but also physical and material blessings.

Serving God is one of the simplest ways to step into prosperity. Why? Because God promises to bless you with good health and financial abundance when you commit to His service. It is far from a wasted effort—serving the Lord is a direct path to receiving His favor, protection, and prosperity in every area of life. 2 Cor 1:20 “For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.”

Never forget this powerful promise: "YE SHALL SERVE THE LORD YOUR GOD, AND HE SHALL BLESS YOUR BREAD AND WATER." This type of blessing doesn’t come from merely being a spectator or just shouting "Amen" from the sidelines. It comes from actively working for God, getting your hands involved in His service. Prosperity from God is not handed out randomly—it is offered on the platform of service to Him.

When you dedicate yourself to serving the Lord, you position yourself for divine favor and provision. It is through this committed work for God that He blesses your efforts, ensuring that both your physical and financial needs are abundantly met.

Confession:

I declare that I work for God proudly, and He blesses my bread and water. I am multiplied and I increase greatly on the earth! Amen.

And you will again see the distinction between the righteous and the wicked, between those who serve God and those who do not.”
