PROMOTION COMES FROM THE LORD

For exaltation come neither from the east nor from the west nor from the south
Psalm 75:6
Main Text:

Promotion comes from God. In the natural, nobody will truly promote you higher than himself in the same office. Man may promise you while he still reserves the power of veto. However, promotion is a spiritual thing and it takes the spiritually sensitive believer to tap into it. Let me remind you of some cases in the Bible that makes me believe promotion is a spiritual exercise. God spoke concerning two brothers; Jacob and Esau; God said the younger shall dominate the older. And throughout their story, it was Esau that served his younger brother. Another interesting case was that of Joseph the son of Jacob. He went through thick and thin to be great by divine arrangement; from pit to prison and to palace. Pharaoh never promoted Joseph more than himself. Even when Potiphar promoted Joseph, Gen.39:1-5, and put him in charge of all he had, Joseph was still a slave. Everybody wants to be number one. When God promoted Joseph, he took him to where Joseph becomes master to Potiphar! Today, beloved, God will promote you in Jesus’ name.

God is not a democrat He chose David, the very last of seven brothers. Even Jesse would not have campaigned for David, not to talk of casting his vote for the last born, the shepherd boy! May the Most High bypass all contenders and promote you this period in Jesus name.

God took David the shepherd boy, promoted him king of Judah, and later king of Israel, and later of the lineage of the King of kings. His promotion continued long after his death because Jesus the King of kings is from the house of David. God will give you a permanent, irreversible promotion.

Beloved, in that your office, everyone will favour you in Jesus name and every step you take will lead you into your promotion. The key factor now is that you must live only to please God Always!

Prayer: Lord, lift me to the level no human hand can pull me down in Jesus’ name.
