YOU ARE A CARRIER OF HIS PRESENCE

“Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?”
1 Corinthians 3:16
Main Text: Main text: 1 Corinthians 3:16

As the Year 2023 is coming fast to an end, the need to pray more and stay focused in His Presence with our faith in God is a great tool to enjoying His great presence in all we do. The presence of God is not transitional; incredibly, there’re still some Christians who feel the presence of God is what you only meet or enjoy in the church, and to them when they leave the church auditorium, the presence of God is no longer with them. Some even pray for the presence of God to come down or follow them everywhere. But as a child of God, you enjoy His Presence always because you are a carrier of His presence.

When you lack God’s faith you have fear. When you lack God’s presence, there is no way struggling in life will not be part and parcel of you. Do everything within your capacity and pay every price you need to pay for you never to anger nor grieve the Holy Spirit. There are a whole lot of benefits for those who carry His presence.  And he said, My presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest… Exodus 33:14-15

Do you now desire His Presence in your life? In Matthew 11:28-30, Jesus promises rest to those who come to Him, for there is rest for you in God’s presence. Ask for God’s presence as never before. The truth is, you will continue to carry your burden all alone when you decide to ignore His Word.

Beloved, God’s presence is a mark of God’s favour (Exodus 33:16). Is God with you? Oh how favoured you are! In addition, God’s presence with you is a mark of Heaven’s recognition. In Exodus 33:17, God told Moses: “I know you by name”. Every Born-again Christian ought to enjoy this level of intimacy with God, for Paul writing to the church at Galatia said: But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God…? Galatians 4:9

If God is with you, be prepared to see what eyes have not seen.

Prayer:

In every area I am troubled or disturbed, Father, give me rest today through Your presence
