REMEMBER NIGERIA IN PRAYER

Barring any unforeseen, we should be voting to elect new president and federal lawmakers today, please pray that God gives us good leaders. Don’t sell your vote, don’t involve in manipulation, pray for good conduct and wisdom for the electoral umpires.

The above scripture makes us know that anything we ask as God’s children in the mane of Jesus will be granted unto us. That is to say we can intercede on behalf of Nigeria for the sake of the saints to have leaders with the fear of God. The Lord we serve still answers the prayers of the righteous in Nigeria. For the Word of God to have free course in this land, we need peace to reign in the land.

Through our prayers we can bring the fear of God and influence of righteousness to be upon this country through our leaders. We can ask God to change the heart of those sponsoring Boko haram. He said I will give you a new heart and a new spirit; I will take away the stony heart Ezekiel 36:26 and John 16:23 says whatsoever you shall ask in my name... Let us remember our country Nigeria in prayer and ask God to change the situation of this country for the best.

Prophet Isaiah said for Zion’s sake will I not hold my peace, for Jerusalem’s sake I will not rest until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness and the salvation thereof as a lamp that burneth Isa. 62;10.  Let us embrace this attitude in praying for our Country Nigeria.

We must be fervent in prayer. The Bible says when good people are in authority the people will rejoice … Prov. 29; 20. Can you now see why we need to remember Nigeria in prayers? No amount of abuse can change things rather, our prayers unto God for our leaders will move the hand of God.

Prayer: Lord, help in our election of the President and the Senators, let peace rule.
