WITH GOD, NO EFFORT IS IN VAIN
“Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.â€
1 Corinthians 15:58
Main Text:
Working with God is one of the best decisions you can ever make in life. It has all the benefits you can ever think of and the rewards are numerous. Your diligence, faithfulness and commitment are those characteristics that guarantee how blessed you will be before the Almighty God. If you will ever be faithful, let it be on your duty post with God. If you’re genuinely settled with God, all other areas of your life will receive His touch and you will be handsomely rewarded.
You cannot allow discouragement because testimonies abound of great men and women of God on this very race to prove that God will never allow you to work for Him in vain. 1 Corinthians 4:2.
Are you currently engaged in the service of the Lord? If yes, I’m happy for you. The Lord is looking at your heart and He knows your effort won’t go unrewarded. Therefore, the heart matters and your level of engagement and commitment will go a long way to determine how blessed you will become in spiritual and earthly things. If you will patiently serve Him with all your spirit, soul and body coupled with a resounding determination to spend and be spent for Him, He will not only bless you but make you a blessing to the generations of the earth.
“And ye shall serve the LORD your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.” Exodus 23:25.
Beloved, this is not the time to get discouraged or to be wary because it appears your fig tree is yet to blossom, just wait! Get a strong footing in the word of God and be focused on the little that has been committed into your hands. You will not labour in vain
Prayer: O Lord, there shall be no labour loss for me in this 2019
