THE KEY TO A SUCCESSFUL LIFE
“This Book of the Law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe and do according to all that is written in it. For then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely and have good success.”
Joshua 1:8 (AMP)
Main Text:
It’s important we realize that the Word of God is the major key to a successful life. The scriptures say when we are given to the Word, we will deal wisely and have good success. Dealing wisely connotes knowing what to do per time and doing it rightly. The book of the law shall not depart out of your mouth means you must continually talk the Word. That’s what it means to meditate on scriptures, it connotes muttering the Word to yourself.
In Genesis 1, we see the earth was shapeless and a chaotic mass until the Word was spoken by God. God had to speak before creation came to be. In the same vein, it’s important for us to constantly speak the Word for a divine shift to take place. Talking the Word is of utmost importance to the believer – in consistency lies the power.
God reveals Himself to you through the Word that you take into your heart. However, revelation of the Word wouldn’t change the circumstances of your life until you begin to speak forth the Word. The Word of God is creative and will always produce results. To live an enviable and successful life, you must be given to speaking the Word.
Confession: I am blessed, I am favored, I am a success! I am a problem solver; I walk in the wisdom of God! I am wise, I am not foolish! I am righteous. In Jesus name! amen.
