WHEN GOD DECIDES TO DO A NEW THING

Behold I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth shall you not know it I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.
Isaiah 43: 20
Main Text:

There is this verse of the scripture in Psalm 126 that talks about God’s restoration of lost captives, it became a big surprise because it came at the time they never expected it.

God loves to do a new thing for His children all the time. I want to tell you that what God has in stock for you is beyond what you can imagine; get prepared for it! Is your hope set on God’s divine favor for 2018 and beyond? One translation of this verse above says, “Look forward to more and more of God’s favor.” That’s God’s will to pour out His goodness and grace upon you.

The Scripture says in Deuteronomy 28, “if we will keep God first in our plans, if we will walk in His ways and obey, all these blessings will overtake us.” That means you won’t be able to outrun the good things of God. One translation of the word “overtake” means “to catch by surprise”. Our Heavenly Father wants to be good to us. He wants to amaze us with His goodness and many sided blessings. We should get up every morning with the attitude of a winner who put God first in all he does. Beloved, what God has in plan for you cannot be understood by your mortal thinking, your path to greatness in this year 2018 will be great if you are willing to obey and walk in righteousness. God is about to enlarge your dreams and make it real, surprise you by accomplishing more than you can ask or think.

However, you are the only one that can stop God from fulfilling His promise in your life. The moment you change focus from God to the things of the world, the devil will get your attention. Keep the Word of God alive in your heart.

Prayer:  May goodness meet me and favour overwhelm my undertakings today in Jesus name
