THE POWER OF THE WORD

“And God blessed them. And God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”
Genesis 1:28
Main Text: Main Text: John 1:1

If we are to operate on the blessing side, we must discern the intent of God's Word. Adam and Eve failed in this respect and brought sin, poverty, hell, and the grave into the earth.  "And the Lord God commanded the man saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.” In other words, eat freely of all that is a blessing, but stay away from the calamity. If you receive the Word of God in the context and the intent to which it was written, it is always a blessing.

The Word of God is powerful! God has given us His word for our progression, for our prosperity and advancement, how we choose to take God at His word will determine how far in life we progress! Adam and Eve failed to take God at His word and that resulted in a fall, when we take God at His word, success in inevitable!

You can believe what Jesus said, and cause the blessings to operate in your life, or you can choose to not believe, and reap the negative end of that truth, and the curses will operate in your life. You turn your back on the truth when you refuse to acknowledge the intent of the scripture. Such refusal will always bring the curse rather than the blessing.

Confession:

I declare, I am immune to sickness and disease. I recognize and accept that which is good. I am able to stand in the presence of sickness and infirmity without fear or sense of inferiority. God fights my battles for me as I rest in safety for, He is my fortress. No evil will come upon me nor any plague near my dwelling.
