BE CAREFUL, DON’T BE DECEIVED INTO PIT 1
Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?
Genesis 3:1 KJV
Main Text:
You need to watch and pray especially now that we are drawing closer by the day towards the end of the age. The plans and programs of the devil is on the increase and he’s daily strategizing on whom to devour. You cannot be walking carelessly like those who have no hope of eternal life. Ephesians 5:15-16 says: See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
Our hope is in Christ just as the Bible says in Colossians 1:27 that Jesus Christ in you is the hope of glory. But your arch enemy is the devil. He’s making every move to see you on the other side of the divine program. He lost it from the very beginning as Lucifer, when pride destroyed him thinking to be like God. The devil is aware that he has no final rest but eternal damnation in hell and in the lake of fire. He won’t like to go alone so he’s making daily effort to disciple people who will kick against the counsel of the Almighty and at end of the age be condemned to the second death. You therefore cannot be used as his prey.
You can’t expose your marriage to strangers and not be guilty at last. If you allow your so called friends to take over your affairs and plans, they will lead you away from the faith unto a destination unknown. I don’t know how easy it is for Christians to choose unbelievers as friends. It is a clear indication that you don’t know whom you believe. You can easily be led astray as you concentrate on the lies of the devil.
Prayer: Lord, keep me far away from evil and every subtlety of the devil in Jesus mighty name.
