ORDAINED TO BE PRODUCTIVE
"But the person who trusts in the Lord will be blessed. The Lord will show him that he can be trusted. He will be strong, like a tree planted near water that sends its roots by a stream. It is not afraid when the days are hot; its leaves are always green. It does not worry in a year when no rain comes; it always produces fruit.”
Jerimiah 17:7-8 (NCV)
Main Text:
Jesus brought us in a life of power, fruitfulness and productivity. He expressed this reality in John 15:16, where He said “You did not choose me; I chose you. And I gave you this work: to go and produce fruit, fruit that will last. Then the Father will give you anything you ask for in my name.” This explains to us that we have been chosen, ordained, and commissioned to being forth lasting results.
You are an asset to your world not a liability, He has made you efficient and effective. Acts 1:8 (AMP) “But you shall receive power (ability, efficiency, and might) when the Holy Spirit has come upon you.” This is the mindset with which you must approach every task for the year. Grace has been made available to you, the Lord is at work in you, both to will and do of His good pleasure (Phil 2:13).
You ought to make the word of the Prophet Jeremiah your daily confession. I’m like a tree planted by the rivers of water, and I produce excellent results. I am fruitful and productive.” You can do anything, you can be anything, you can attain any height, you can be what you choose to be. Walk in righteousness and this consciousness of fruitfulness.
Confession: I am well-watered by the Word, fruitful in all I do, I produce excellent result and demystify hard puzzles, I am productive, I walk in the wisdom of God.
Further Reading: Ps 1:3 (AMP) “And he shall be like a tree firmly planted [and tended] by the streams of water, ready to bring forth its fruit in its season; its leaf also shall not fade or wither; and everything he does shall prosper [and come to maturity].”
Ps 92:12 (AMP) “The [uncompromisingly] righteous shall flourish like the palm tree [be long-lived, stately, upright, useful, and fruitful]; they shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon [majestic, stable, durable, and incorruptible].”
