YOUR DILIGENCE IS ESSENTIAL
“Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.â€
2 Peter 3:14
Main Text:
What you desire to accomplish in life is going to require some hard work. It’s going to require you learn from your mistakes and have a right attitude. Some people are just lazy, which is why they never see anything accomplished with their lives. They blame their lack on everything but themselves. But God is no respecter of persons. What He does for one, He will do for all. The key factors that make the difference are not all about God, but first, about a person’s level of fellowship with Christ, determination and his or her willingness to do whatever is necessary
. If you have consecrated your life and time to seek and inquire of Him, He is forever ready to make available that which you deserve of Him. He’s such a good God. He has a beautiful promise for you. God is faithful to His word and will be there to see them come to pass. He’s a faithful God.
“But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” Hebrews 11:6
You need to be committed to God in all your earthly dealings. You must never forget that He’s watching every of your effort and He considers your ways. He’s aware when you get it right or wrong. Even when you go wrong He will correct you.
Beloved, just because everything seems easy doesn’t mean you are where you’re supposed to be. Grace is not the absence of great effort. Grace works alongside our great effort and it creates something amazing!
Apostle Paul encouraged us that: “Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.” 1 Corinthians 15:58.
Prayer: Father, help me through Jesus Christ to stay committed to you in all ways.
