FREE FROM FEAR

Is it possible to live free from fear in this dangerous and unpredictable world? Yes, it’s definitely possible! Why? Because protection is a solid promise from God. However, it’s not a promise that’s offered to just anyone. It is promised to those who abide in the Lord.

To abide in the Lord means “to dwell, to remain, to continue.” To abide in the shadow of the Almighty is to live in continual union with Him, keep His word and obey His voice. Those who abide in the Lord can live without dread of what the devil will do.

You ought to live in faith; faith in God and in His Word; faith in the victory of Jesus over the fear of what devil and its cohorts of darkness can do. That victory was for you. No matter what happens around you, refuse to fear. Rather, surround yourself with the Word of God. His Word produces faith and faith destroys fear, causing you to operate with the Spirit of dominion.

God’s promise of protection isn’t guarantee that the devil will leave you alone. It means God will give you a way of escape every time the devil rears its ugly head at you.

Confession

God has not given me the spirit of fear but of power, love and a sound mind. Spirit of fear I rebuke you in the name of Jesus, I have not received a spirit slavery to fear, but I have a spirit of adoption. I belong to the Lord and I am set free from fear
