SUPERNATURAL EXPECTANCY
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
Heb 11:1
Main Text: Main text: Romans 10:17
Faith won’t function without hope. Hope is the blueprint of faith. When hope is lost, faith loses its aim. It no longer has a mission to complete. Bible hope is not “wishing” that’s worldly work. The kind of hope the Word of God talks about is much stronger than that because it is not based on wishing and wanting. It is based on your covenant with God and the anointing God has provided to carry out that covenant in your life.
When you have hope, you have supernatural expectancy that what God has promised will come to pass in your life, and because you are the righteousness of God in Christ, you know in your heart that your expectation will come to light. Prov 23:18 “For surely there is a latter end [a future and a reward], and your hope and expectation shall not be cut off.” (AMP)
When divine hope comes alive in you, you’re so locked in on the Word of God that you can’t be distracted from it. When your hope gets that strong, it doesn’t matter what kind of unbelief the devil throws your way, it just bounces off you. You become focused on the prize, you can’t be drawn off course. Choose to stay in the Word until your neck stretches out. For instance, your children are always expectant to see you return from work daily, most times, they call to know how far you are, other times, they stretch out to see through the window if you’ve returned, in the same vein, God expects us to hope on him as a child expects their parent of grandparent to arrive.
Confession:
I keep hope alive, all my expectations see the light of day, I am blessed and highly favored, I excel in all that I do. I am triumphant!
