SEEK THE THINGS ABOVE

As believers, we won’t be here forever because Jesus has gone ahead to prepare a place for us. Whether you pray it or you act it, your stay on planet earth has been directly programmed from the foundation of the world. God is the world master planner. At His will the whole world and all that you can see were created. It won’t cost Him anything to do all that He has written concerning the end of the age. Your role is either to believe or ignore His counsel. What will you gain if you ignore His call? Maybe the world and its mundane contents but if you yield to the counsel of the Almighty you can be sure that all things will work together for you.

For here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come. Hebrews 13:14

You can’t deny the fact that you know where you currently belong some are hiding under grace by saying that His grace is sufficient. I also agree that His grace is constant and that everyone who truly trusts in Him shall be saved at last. But the Bible made it clear in Romans 6:1-2, What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound…

God won’t accept the misuse of grace and the glory of His name. If we’re therefore on our way to heaven let’s stay on track and keep watch so that we end it well at the feet of our Master, Lord and King. Why would you choose to work to stay on earth? It’s not as if you are enjoying the best here. I have seen a lot on earth. If you are not careful with the content of this world, you will merely run and run in vain.  Get a taste of heaven and you won’t like to miss it.

Prayer: Don’t allow me to use this sinful world to destroy the glory ahead.
