THE FULFILLED LIFE

The best way in which we can live a fulfilled life in Christ is through our service unto God. When we worship God with our resources, we’re fulfilling purpose. The life you impart is the testimony that will speak for you. A minister was approached by a man who wanted to join the church. “But”, the man said, “I have a very busy schedule. I can’t be called for any service, such as singing in the choir, teaching, or preaching. I just won’t be available because of the nature of my work. And I’m afraid I’ll never be able to go on visitation, as my evenings are the only time I have to rest.”

The minister replied, “I believe you’re at the wrong church. The church you’re looking for is NOT this, infact, your ‘money’ cannot run your errands here; it’s YOU that is needed to reach out unto the lost souls.” The man was sad because he was thinking of sending his money to service the church but being told his money is not needed was a rude shock to him. Any church that operates on the system of collecting your money to run your spiritual errands is a dead church.

It does not matter how long you live or how old you are, the important thing is for you to live life that is godly. He wants you to enjoy the fullness of the earth and life’s experiences when you do His will.

Beloved, whatever you are doing now that is not glorifying God must be stopped. It’s easy to get stuck in a rut, doing the wrong thing the same way all the time, but the moment you run back to God, when you open yourself to His Word and ideas, you are making room for God to reveal Himself to you. You are making room for Him to work in your life so as to fulfill destiny.

Prayer: I open my heart and mind to You today. I ask that You help me fulfill destiny.
