TELL THEM!

“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.”
Mark 16:15
Main Text: MAIN TEXT: Romans 1:16

We must never be ashamed of the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. This message of hope and salvation is the lifeline the world desperately needs to experience true peace and joy. While humanity clamors for world peace, the truth remains: genuine peace cannot be achieved without turning to the Lord, who offers peace that surpasses all understanding. As Philippians 4:7 reminds us, “And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”

The responsibility to share this life-changing gospel rests on our shoulders. Jesus has commanded us to “Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature” (Mark 16:15). This is not an optional task but a divine mandate. The lost cannot know true peace until they encounter the Prince of Peace, Jesus Christ. The spirit of the world is contrary to the mission of the gospel. It thrives on the pride of life, the lust of the eyes, and the lust of the flesh, as noted in 1 John 2:15-16 "Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.” Despite these distractions, our focus must remain on fulfilling the great commission.

The Holy Spirit empowers us to be witnesses for Christ. Acts 1:8 declares, “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.” A vibrant relationship with the Holy Spirit fuels our passion for evangelism and outreach. One of the most evident proofs of a Spirit-filled life is the desire to share the gospel with others. The Holy Spirit stirs within us a deep concern for the lost and equips us with the boldness and wisdom needed to proclaim the good news effectively.

Confession:

I declare in the name of Jesus, I am filled with a burning passion for soul winning. I am engraced and empowered to share the good news about Jesus Christ with others. I am blessed and highly favored! I boldly proclaim the gospel, unashamed and unwavering, as a witness to the glorious message of salvation in Christ Jesus. Hallelujah!
